New Tracks, Mixes, Reviews or whatnot are welcomed and respected.
Excluding wars, deadly vegetables and pigs with colds... It is a good time to be alive people.
Dance music is bigger than ever nowadays. New Producers and DJs are popping up all over the place. Dance Parties have become a staple of downtown scenes and weekly routines everywhere... All coming together to help create a more eclectic and richer musical experience.
But what if one day the parties stopped?
Dance Party analysts from Cambridge have predicted that in the next coming years people will "get over" dancing and will become "meh" in regards to DJs and remixes.
Here at Penned Madness, our aim is to keep the party going - to prevent such a dancefloor dystopia. We have assembled a crack team of up and coming DJs from all over the nation, dedicated to the task of bringing the good people of the dancefloor-be it club or bedroom-the jams they want to hear.
With a small contribution of viewing our website daily or signing up to our RSS feed, you too can help save the music and dancefloors all across this great land

Breakdown is back for 2010 with a big new blog tune called "Party Shocker," featuring remixes from Lazy Ants and Jeff T. This track is sure to remind you of good summer times, with the remixers on duty delivering a heavier, house mix and a more techno-infused sound to keep things rounded. Yes!
Found this little gem recently and it's been on repeat pretty much since then. Killer Baltimorish break over a dope electro house sounding synth line. So fresh and so clean.
Oh yeah, that's Bam Bam Bigelow if you didn't know. He was a pro wrestler in the 90's and early 2000's. You might recognize him from the classic comedy "Major Payne".
So this is my new mix. It's not as "hard" as I usually play, but I kind of wanted to show my diversity while still being able to keep it a GlowTape! mix. I hope you enjoy it. Some of the tracks are old but still get played out all the time. Think of this as a kind of opener set as opposed to a headliner set I would do. Anyway below is the track list, as well as the Soundcloud stream and link to download the .zip with the 320 mp3, artwork, and track list!

I recorded this mix a few weeks ago for a local Tallahassee radio station, and I am fairly happy with how it turned out. It's only about 25 minutes long because my slot on the radio was only 30 minutes long, and they had to include a commercial. Although it's a short mix I still managed to cram 19 tracks of totally insane wobblyness into it. I did a disco house set for another local radio station that I will post soon (i.e. once they send the recording back to me...)

Well, About 11 hours ago Mustard Pimp unleashed this ridiculously amazing remix of Shinichi Osawa's "EEAA." This remix is seriously insane and I wish I had a download link for you, but the SoundCloud player will have to suffice.
This is Douster. Douster has one of the hottest opening tracks on the planet right now. Everybody has been dropping this from Aoki to Crookers to your momma. I've been hearing about this track for a while and I knew it existed but only as that, "crazy lion king remix." Well its been out on Beatport (click the link to buy it) but i'm pretty sure it was a sleeper track. Either way its amazing and I'm blasting the shit out of this one!
Here is a video Douster chopped up for it.
I'd post the track myself but like I said in the previous post our server's bandwidth has been exceeded till the 1st of February. But have no fear, you can - and you should - buy this track at Beatport right now!
Hey guys. Check this out. Drum & Bass remix of the ever amazing Warp 1.9. The remix comes courtesy of DJ Oder who resides in Portugal. Riffo has already given this remix the thumbs up so expect this to be getting some serious play all over the place!
Shit. Due to you guys being so awesome and coming so much - our bandwidth has exceeded for the month! But thankfully our good friends over at Rcrdlbl have it for download. For free. Waffle fries.
