So here is something special I found in the ole' inbox yesterday, a new Cousin Cole remix. It is a remix of the experimental NYC based project Men and Women's latest release, entitled "South America." Cole is personal friends with these guys and was asked, along with Elliott Lipp, to lay down some mixes for Men and Women's first release off of War and Moon records.
I am totally digging this mix; it's solid, it's layered wonderfully and it shows that thought and care was put into it. This isn't a slapped together beat repeat hack-job, but a piece clearly done by an old friend for an old friend. And that's what I like to see nowadays personally.
