So when I woke up today at 1 p.m., which I'd say is the average time of wake for us good ol' college students, I said SHIT...WHY NOT MAKE A LITTLE MIX. Track Listing: Le Principle - Your Magic Nadastrom - Save Us Tommie Sunshine - Tokyo Pollution (Figure's one tone back bone remix) Digital Manges - Manges (Sharkslayer Dub) Jean Elan- Killer Michael Jackson - Say Say Say (DJ DLG & Redroche Mainroom Tribute Mix) Del Marquis - Runaround (Louis La Roche 'In 1995' Remix) Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Heads Will Roll (A-Trak Remix)
Well here it is...recorded live...30 minutes of sexiness.
Designer Drugs have always been some one of my favorite producers. They never stop putting out the illest remixes and their first single Zombies/Back Up In This (IHeartComix). This should be no different. Their follow up double A-Side Riot/Drop Down is going to blow the roof off! The boys were kind enough to give the world Drop Down before its October 27th release date! I personally love it. It's short, aggressive and to the point - like Joe Pesci. Expect me to be dropping this beast and just about everyone of my upcoming gigs these next two weeks!!!! Enjoy!
Alright I don't know if this is for real or not, and I'm not the one who posted this on youtube. But I found this while keeping tabs on the status of my Malente edit and came across this video. Whether that really is my edit or not the fact that people are associating me with this is amazing! And it wouldn't be at all possible with out all you guys and gals who love on this amazing blog! BIG UPS! See you all in Tallahassee for Menace Beach next Friday!!!!
Just to make sure you didn't miss it (or figured out if you click that link up there it takes you to the page) here is the track!
We have been hard at work on new originals and doing remixes for some good names! In the mean time , we always keep you in mind and knocked out a feel good disco tune to hand out for free!. Enjoy the love. (Le Principle is Adulture and Myself incase you are confused)
But A-Trak brought it to another level. Still has the same dark, sexy, vibe but turns it into a dancefloor monster. If you can't get down to this song, then shiiii son.
Tommies mixtapes are always on point , full of new music and solid names. I don't know what to write about this , its a really good mix , so grab it!! This is also a look at some of the first Brooklyn Fire tunes.

There's no denying that numerous high energy tracks have come straight from Italy, and Reset! is no stranger to the Italian party circuit having played with the likes of MSTRKRFT, Boys Noize, and Crookers. Their infectiously catchy synth leads and bit-crushed bass lines are heavy right from the start, and once the lead blasts in, mayhem. (Think Nickelodeon's "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" [The carnival episode]). I've had this track on repeat for the past 2 weeks and have played it out every chance possible.
I've been sitting on this track for a while, but I'm starting to see it pop up more and more in the internet world, so I feel pretty good about sharing it with you fine folk. The track is by Toecutter, one of the coolest producers I've heard come out of Australia in a hot minute. That isn't to say that I ever stopped enjoying the sounds from our dirty south brothers - this is just cool in a whole different class. It's a classic in a lot of rights, and has been remixed by some of the best that disco-electro has to offer. This take is no different. This remix is by Trinidad & Tobago's own Flight Facilities. It's the perfect drunk time jam jam. Good for bridging that gap between opening set mellow to big room dance your face off. I'm pretty excited for you to have it. And I hope you enjoy it! Thanks to the Bang Gang crew for putting this one on the blast!
Our new friend Kamei knocked out a Halloween edit for us even though in Brazil where he lives , they have no Halloween. We all loved Beetlejuice , this is a edit of the original theme song from the cartoon! I also included my Munsters theme song edit from last year and a Remix of 666's track Devil(If you liked mustard pimps beetlegum , you love this)! Last but not least , a nice little tool in the form of Josh Winks 'Don't Laugh' vocal. BOO!
Alright just to clarify a few things, The Strokes are my favorite band of all time. Your opinion on that can eat it. This song is about a month old but Julian Casablancas, (the lead singer of The Strokes) just released his new and first solo single. And it's just synth pop joy!!!!! I can't fucking believe how much I love this. I can't wait to see what the next Strokes album sounds like now! It's out today on iTunes and all that shit! GO GET IT!!!!
Aura has been out awhile and gotten so much set time from names that I have only hoped to meet. And now , the remixes just dropped! The lineup of names are so solid to me , and everyone did a amazing job on their remixes , the ep is making up most of the labels top chart right now. Once again , I am handing to you the 320 original mix that was on Tommie Sunshines top 10 beatport chart! Make sure to click the Beatport link below to listen and pick up the remixes! ENJOY!
If youth is taking over , and this kid will be one of the captains. I can't wait to see people this young playing out at before they can even buy cigarettes(dont smoke). Kamei is 15 years old , and its getting really good love on some boards and with some good heads. I recently got so into one of his tracks , and I weaseled it into getting released with the same label that put my track 'Aura'. This music is making you smile good sampled disco.
I have been sitting on this track for about a year now , hearing huge djs play it out , and seeing crowds of all types freak out to it. This song defines what remixes should be. Ghosttown djs released this original on So SO Def in 1996 with Suga Momma putting in her work with amazing vocals. Now my favorite dance/club crossover crew American Dream Team has unleashed this monster to the world , and its about fucking time. The vocals and the full beat were 100% remade. Official music video out late October
